I really like this yoga mat. When I unrolled it, I could tell it was good quality. The surface is very soft to the touch, which makes floor poses and longer stretches much more comfortable. It has a smooth, natural feel that’s gentle on the skin but still feels durable. The grip wasn't as great as I would like but it wasn't slippery. The rubber underneath grips a wooden floor really well. The mat's very stable and doesn't move during a workout. It also lays flat right away without curling at the edges, and the cushioning feels supportive without being too thick or squishy. Overall, this cork yoga mat provides a good perfect balance between comfort and performance.
